Glass Sink Glass Counter

I designed this glass kitchen sink that includes a built in garbage disposal . This glass pedestal sink has disposal in it. The pedestal is wrapped with stainless steel and has a floor switch to operate the disposal. Two and a half inch stainless steel stand offs hold the sink to the black granite counter top. Cast Glass Counter Top

This elegant and simple cast glass counter top adds a design element and a very nice eating surface. Made from 3/4 ” low iron glass( note the clear edge ) with a cast texture to hide finger prints. Raised up 6″ off the granite top the large arc is sleek.

Glass Counter Top Bar

In the world of physics Glass by definition is not a solid it’s referred to as a super cooled liquid. There is no better example of that than this glass bar top. Like water suspended in time the liquid properties of glass create a strong design element. A slight texture was added to the glass to hide fingerprints. The glass counter top floats six inches over the acid washed copper counter top. In this application the edge of the glass elevates the entire room to supper cool .

Floating Glass Bar with Dripping Edge

I designed and built a special kiln just so I could accomplish this drip technique. I love the fluid look and feel of the glass. When you sit at the bar you can help but feel the edge. I’ve been in a bar or two this one leave an impression you won’t forget.

Glass Countertop

This glass countertop was custom designed for one of our clients. As you can see the glass countertop portion is mounted on a granite counter and elevated by a beautiful glass pillar. This unique piece was both designed and installed by Marc. This type of countertop was designed as a bar but it can also be used in the kitchen as well. The table hanging on the wall in the picture was also designed and installed by Marc Konys.
